We kept seeing the same thing: a family finds out their home has been sold or mortgaged without their knowledge, and the only way forward is a long, costly fight. Insurance, if they have it, is slow and rarely makes them whole. Litigation can take years, and when the fraudster disappears or has no assets, there may be nothing to recover at all.

Lighthouse Registry exists so that fight never has to start. We focus on what matters most: prevention.

Our mission is to help protect people against fraud and financial exploitation, especially when they are unable to do so for themselves. We want every homeowner we work with to have real peace of mind: knowing their home stays theirs, that the people they trust will hear about it if something goes wrong, and that they can live their whole life with independence and dignity.
